At Zen Market, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order email or receipt) must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Items marked as "Final Sale."
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: Will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
5. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your total.
If the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
