Shipping Policy

Effective Date: January 7, 2026

At ZenMarket, we understand that gifts are time-sensitive and often carry deep emotional value. We strive to deliver your orders quickly and in perfect condition across India.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

• During peak festive seasons (e.g., Diwali, Rakshabandhan, Valentine's Day), Estimated delivery will take 3-5 Business days.

2. Shipping Partners

We partner with India's leading logistics providers to ensure your gifts reach safely:

Blue Dart / Delhivery: For fast metro deliveries.

DTDC / XpressBees: For nationwide coverage.

India Post (Speed Post): For remote villages and P.O. boxes.

3. Tracking Your Gift

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an SMS and Email containing:

• The name of the courier partner.

• A unique Tracking ID (AWB Number).

• A direct link to track your package in real-time.

4. Hidden Charges (Taxes & Duties)

GST: All shipping charges are inclusive of GST.

Octroi/Entry Tax: For certain states (if applicable), any local entry taxes are pre-paid by ZenMarket so you don't have to pay anything at the time of delivery.

COD Charges: A flat convenience fee of ₹60 applies to all Cash on Delivery orders.

5. Delivery Protocol

Proof of Delivery: For high-value gift items, an OTP (One Time Password) may be sent to your mobile number, which must be shared with the delivery executive.

Failed Delivery: Our partners will attempt delivery 3 times. If the recipient is unavailable, the package will be returned to our warehouse. A re-shipping fee may apply for the second attempt.

Address Changes: We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been dispatched.

6. Damaged in Transit

If the gift box appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it.
